Simple Dandelion Greens Salad
Ingredients
- 12 oz
Dandelion greens - 1-2 Avocados
cut in square pieces - 1/2 - 1 cup of
cherry tomatoes - 1 Lemon
- 1- 2 tbsp of
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - A dash of Sea
Salt & Pepper or triple blend flakes
Directions: Wash and cut the dandelions in half. Cup
avocados in square pieces, cut cherry tomatoes in half. Add extra virgin olive
oil, salt and pepper or (triple blend flakes instead of salt. Squeeze juice of
one lemon over salad. Mix and serve.
